Certifications & Safety

Our workforce is fully trained and certified to meet California’s rigorous safety and technical standards:

California State Certified Electricians

Licensed electricians who have met the rigorous standards set by the State of California, including verified training, experience, and successful completion of state exams. Certification ensures compliance with state laws and the ability to legally perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in California.

NFPA 70E Compliant

Workers trained to follow the National Fire Protection Association’s NFPA 70E standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. This certification focuses on arc flash protection, safe work practices, and procedures to minimize electrical hazards, ensuring a safer environment for both electricians and clients.

OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Certified

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications that cover workplace safety: OSHA 10: Introductory 10-hour course for general awareness of job site safety and worker rights. OSHA 30: In-depth 30-hour course designed for supervisors and safety leaders, covering advanced safety procedures, hazard identification, and compliance responsibilities.

CalCTP Lighting Certified

California Advanced Lighting Controls Training Program (CalCTP) certification qualifies electricians to properly install, program, and maintain advanced lighting control systems. Certification ensures efficiency, compliance with California energy codes (Title 24), and improved building energy performance.

PG&E Certified Installers

Certification through Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) designates contractors and electricians who are trained and approved to install energy-efficient equipment, renewable systems, and utility-related projects that meet PG&E’s safety, reliability, and performance standards.

EVITP Certified

The Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP) certifies electricians to safely and effectively install Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). Training covers electrical codes, utility interaction, site assessment, and emerging EV technologies, ensuring proper infrastructure for the growing EV market.

Medium Voltage Cable Splicers

Specialized certification for electricians trained in splicing, terminating, and testing medium-voltage (typically 5kV–35kV) power cables. This highly skilled work ensures reliable connections in power distribution systems, requiring precision techniques and strict adherence to safety standards.
Safety, quality control, and environmental compliance are embedded in our culture and operations.
